This ThreeBond equipment automatically dispenses single component epoxy resin, using a robot to drive a small continuous flow valve for precise and consistant volume dispensing. A syringe can be added for applications with small parts.
This UV Masking equipment combines a high-performance 2-axis robot with a Ultraviolet curing unit. Pressing the start button initiates the dispensing and the UV curing process, completing the masking in a matter of seconds.
This equipment precisely and efficiently applies anaerobic sealant to the internal surface of plug holes in the cylinder block of an automobile engine. Both automatic and manual models are available.
