1200 Series Silicone-based liquid gasket and potting agents

1200 Series silicone-based liquid gasket fills gaps on a flange surface and thus completely prevent leaks. When cured, it forms an excellent rubber-like elastic body offering excellent resistance to vibration and shock. Also it has an excellent resistance to heat, and effectively seals joints that are subjected to high temperature. 1207B - non-solvent type silicon-based 

1207B Non solvent type silicone-based

  • Has high viscosity and excellent protuberance, and works effectively for the joint surfaces that have a larger clearance.
  • Excellent engine-oil and LLC resistance.
  • Dries quickly and offers excellent pressure resistance immediately after applying and assembling.
  • Does not corrode copper and copperbased alloys.
  • Cures even if it is left at high temperature of 120°C in uncured state. 

1207C - non-solvent type silicon-based

ThreeBond 1217F is a one-part, room-temperature-curing silicone sealant for FIPG. It is a high-elongation type.  It has excellent resistance to engine-oil, and is suitable for sealing of high-grade oil. It also has excellent initial resistance to pressure, and withstands vibration well.
