Each of the products in this series consists of a main agent and a curing agent. When these agents are mixed and stirred, a chemical reaction and curing occur. The workability and other properties of a product after curing depend on the combination of agents. The series offers a wide variety of grades, from which you can select those whose properties, such as curing speed, properties after curing, and appearance, are best suited to your needs.

2083 - Under Water Hardening Type Reacts and cures even under the water and on a wet surface, and provides excellent adhesive strength.  Shows excellent protuberance. Like a putty, it is easily handled. Is easily and efficiently applied, because it does not drip down or flow down even on a vertical surface. Is used for a variety of repair works, such as adhesive filling of objects under the water or on a wet surface, adhesive filling of hard vinyl chloride pipes, adhesive filling of leaking water pipes, and adhesive filling of cracks and holes on concrete or mortar.

2086 Metal repair Type Is an adhesive with super-fast curing property.  After curing, it forms a solid with an excellent hardness and machinability. Can be used even when the repaired portion is a little oily. Is used for a variety of repair works, such as emergent adhesive repair of machinery and devices, adhesive filling of cracks and holes on pipes, tanks or covers, or caulking of screws on pipes.

Three Bond 2086M consists of two-component epoxy resin and hardener which is designed for fast fixturing and bonding of a wide range of materials. Handleable bonds are achieved in as little as 5 minutes whilst full properties can be attained in 30 minutes at room temperature. Compared with standard types TB2086M has improved low temperature curing characteristics, higher impact resistance and excellent workability due to its low viscosity. Extremely simple application as the product is packaged in 50ml cartridges for use with manual or pneumatically operated application guns, or tubes for manual mixing. Rapid setting within minutes at room temperature. Low viscosity mixed resin with excellent flowability. Transparent when mixed for cosmetically sensitive parts. The cured resin excels in electric properties as well as mechanical strength and very good chemical resistance.

ThreeBond 2082C is a two-part epoxy resin that cures at room temperature (25°C). It has been made less brittle by distributing rubber particles in the resin; therefore it always provides stability and strong bonding. Its working time at room temperature is up to 70 minutes, and it reaches about 90% of its ultimate strength within 24 hours. Provides strong bonding: over 25MPa (250kgf/cm2). Offers prolonged working time and excellent workability. Develops strength quickly, and reaches its ultimate strength within 24 hours at room temperature (25°C). Is easy to blend, because the agents can be measured by eye. Suitable for bonding a variety of materials, including metals and plastics.
